After engineered and strategic concrete cutting, the excavator delicately removed the unwanted deck and columns from the front of the building allowing the builder to continue the modernisation process. Further works on this site included demolishing and refilling the pool, cutting in new lift wells, removal of walls, propping and waste removal. Safety, noise and vibration controls were required to minimise effects on neighbouring landowners and onsite personnel.
