We are licensed to remove regulated waste and contaminated soil, including asbestos, fuel tanks, and general rubbish.

Asbestos

Asbestos can be a highly dangerous and potentially lethal building material. Our 'A' Class asbestos removal licence allows the safe removal of friable and non friable asbestos while following the process to meet all regulatory requirements.

Clark's Excavations & Plant Hire Pty Ltd is licensed to remove and dispose of friable or non-friable Asbestos ('A' or 'B' Class).

Transportation of the asbestos is in certified waste carrying vehicles to a registered disposal site. 

We handle all documentation including Asbestos Removal Plans and Risk Assessments.

We notify all statutory authorities and adjoining landowners and provide final certification of the legal disposal of the asbestos. 

We can also arrange third party asbestos clearances and provide the reports.
